Being an artist is not just about what I create, but it is how I see the world. I have opened my eyes to the beauty, to the pain, and it is now my responsibility to unveil what I see.

I have traveled the world working with the marginalized. I have slept on concrete floors in third world countries and worked in orphanages and homeless shelters globally as well as locally. You may have read about me recently in the Baltimore Sun, The Howard County Times or the Laurel Leader.

Human dignity is something I am passionate about and the first bronze sculpture in my series, Our Stories, was born during my work with a homeless man in the US. I will be working on artwork to prepare for my solo exhibition, that is where the opportunity lies.

My artwork celebrates human dignity and encourages people to look past the surface, understand the inner pain, and celebrate the gifts that we often overlook in society.

My artwork includes installations, my collection of sculptures which includes bronze, clay and plaster, as well as 2D pieces made from ashes, pastels and acrylic. They challenge the viewer to look at the world with new eyes.

My work transcends galleries and I not only use my art for awareness, but for healing in cancer institutes, hospitals, in the community and in shelters.
